Florida RCPI Request to be Added to Our Distribution List

If you are on the RCPI mailing list, please read this notice. The Florida RCPI is in the process of changing its procedures for mailing information. After nearly eight years, the current mailing list has become very expensive to manage. The cost of printing and mailing is soaring. The world is now electronic and RCPI plans to take more advantage of that resource.

We need your help. If you have e-mail, RCPI would like to have your e-mail address so we can continue to send you course announcements, newsletters and other information electronically. If you don’t have e-mail or do not wish to receive information electronically, you will still need to fill out a new mailing list form with your home address and RCPI will continue to mail information to your home.

Since RCPI will be purging its old list in January 2005, you will need to fill out a new “Request to be Added to Our Distribution List” form, below. Staff will be making this announcement at all Allstate Center training classes. If you attend an RCPI class elsewhere in the state, we will also send new forms with training materials.

PLEASE ONLY FILL OUT A NEW FORM ONCE. One of the problems we have had in the past is duplicate forms going to the same address but with names filled out differently. The mail service cannot screen them out if they are not exactly the same, so some people end up receiving several copies of everything. We hope this will be a smooth transition, but please don’t hesitate to call us at (727) 341-4587 if you have any questions.
