This one-day course will identify the value
of open citizen complaint intake and investigation processes. A sample
process will be discussed as a tool – both to design a new one for
a specific department as well as to review and strengthen current processes.
The process can be used as a leading indicator of a department's commitment
to the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
