Lieutenant Mark Hall - Palm Springs Public Safety Department

 
     
   

Lieutenant Mark Hall joined the Palm Springs Public Safety Department in 1990. He currently holds the position of Patrol Operations Commander, supervising the Road Patrol Division, Motor-Unit, K-9 Unit and Reserves. Lieutenant Hall has served as a Patrol Officer/Firefighter/EMT and Community Policing Sergeant overseeing code enforcement, school based prevention programs, crime prevention and starting the city’s first Police Athletic League where he acted as Executive Director. He is also a certified Crime Prevention Practitioner through the FCPTI and ISCPP starting the city’s first successful Neighborhood Watch Program.

Lieutenant Hall is a graduate of the Southern Police Institute’s 33rd Command Officers Development Course. He is an adjunct instructor for the Palm Beach Community College Criminal Justice Institute specializing in firearms, EMS and general law enforcement instruction. Lieutenant Hall is currently pursuing degrees in Fire Science and Criminal Justice. He has taught for the RCPI since 2000.
