Goals:  The goal of this training program is to provide participants with information, guides, and a process to facilitate development of a WMD incident management plan for their community, incident action planning during an event, and tabletop exercises to help implement the plans.

Description:  This training program is designed to provide a “toolbox” of concepts for plan development.  The course curriculum is balanced between theoretical concepts and practical applications of the tools presented, focusing on a product-oriented team approach to the planning process.  As students participate in group planning activities, they will be able to apply the information and techniques presented in class to facilitate an enhanced awareness of team dynamics in the planning process.
